MBB was founded in 2024 to help business owners to sell their business. At the moment when business owners decide to sell their business they have an array of business brokers to speak to, some will offer a great service some will want to take large fees just to list the business on their website and sometimes send out an email to promote the business to their list of potentials.
Over 80% of all businesses listed for sale, do not find a buyer, even when they do sell, over 75% of business owners regret the sale within 5 years. The regret comes from the owner feeling that they did not get everything from the sale that they wanted.
We wanted to change the odds for businesses by stacking the odds into their favour.
Firstly, we work with Mobius Associates Ltd to help prepare the business for sale, they will work with the business owner, to help them put into place changes to maximise the sale value of the busienss.
Secondly, we work with a group of business buyers who work together to buy businesses, this allows us the opportunity to introduce the business to a buyer who we know are ready and able to buy.
